Available is three thickness levels; 3mm, 4.5mm and 6mm
Colours or guides will differ from picture, 3mm will be clear, 4.5mm will be black and 6mm willl be white to make differentiating them easier
Comes as a set with a set of all three thicknesses at 40 cm long
Acrylic rolling guides, used to ensure the thickness of dough and fondant are consistent.
We recommend using the 4.5mm for fondant and 6mm for cookie dough.
To use place guides on the outside of the dough/ fondant and roll over with a rolling pin, ensuring the rolling pin is gliding over the acrylic guides on both sides.
